In the past, Rob was an account executive for Copyrights America where he managed the apparel, infant goods, and house wares program for such properties as Beatrix Potter, Paddington Bear, Spot, Maisy, and the Flower Fairies. During his tenure with Copyrights, he was the leading revenue producing Licensing Executive and worked with such companies as Wal*Mart, Target, the Heyman Corporation, Delta Enterprises, Hanes, HJ Rashti, and Crown Crafts.

Prior to working for Copyrights, Rob was a Marketing/Licensing Executive for the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - a non-profit animal rights organization) and was a Field Manager, Marketing Manager, Training Manager and Sales Representative for several publishers.

In addition to his professional experience in the infant, toddler, and juvenile market, Rob has a vast amount of personal experience (Rob has 6 sons ranging in ages from 7 to 22).
