The principal, Rob Mejia has over 15 years of licensing, marketing, and sales experience. Currently he is the president of RJM Licensing, Inc. where they manage publishing, art, and brand properties such as The Complete Idiot's Guide, the amazing baby book series, Ivory Cats, and Peterson Field Guides..

In the past, Rob was an account executive for Copyrights America where he managed the apparel, infant goods, and house wares program for such properties as Beatrix Potter, Paddington Bear, Spot, Maisy, and the Flower Fairies. During his tenure with Copyrights, he was the leading revenue producing Licensing Executive and worked with such companies as Wal*Mart, Target, the Heyman Corporation, Delta Enterprises, Hanes, HJ Rashti, and Crown Crafts.

Prior to working for Copyrights, Rob was a Marketing/Licensing Executive for the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals - a non-profit animal rights organization) and was a Field Manager, Marketing Manager, Training Manager and Sales Representative for several publishers.
