RJM started back in 2001 when my wife became pregnant with our second son. She had a busy job and hectic travel schedule so we decided that I would spend some time at home with our two infants (our first son had just been born a few months before we learned about number two)! I left my agency position and became primary parent and entrepreneur. Since my previous licensing work had been primarily in the infant and toddler space (and I was living in infant-land), I was in a pretty good spot to start RJM and specialize in that area. From the beginning days representing Guess How Much I Love You, Maisy Mouse and Spot, RJM has grown into full service licensing and marketing boutique firm. We still have one foot in the infant and toddler market but have pivoted the company to provide highly personalized attention to copyright holders and companies from multiple markets who don't want a templated approach to their licensing strategy. Over the years, RJM has helped many companies envision and build their first licensing programs and introduced many manufactures to the benefits of licensing.
